My name is Rachele Chaar, I am 24 years old and I am currently in the biggest fight of my life. I am battling Hodgkin’s Lymphoma for the second time and I will document my personal experiences with chemotherapy and stem cell transplant as I go along; hoping it helps someone going through/about to go through it.
Rachele, I really enjoyed reading your blog. It was very real, and I appreciate your sense of humor. I hope you are doing well, and recovering !! I am in the process of getting prepared for a STC transplant for Follicular Non Hodgkins Lymphoma. This is quite the journey! Thanks for sharing, Sherilyn

Dear Rachele, I found your blog only recently, and this just so much reminds me my own stupid Hodgkin story: good prognosis, no visible cancer cells after two month of therapy, complete remission after six months, feeling stronger, getting hair back, running again 10 km below 1 hour, and – relapse after three months. I will be facing transplantation in January, and have so many fears, questions, worries – any chance I could approach you and ask? I fully understand if you do not want – this is the reason why you have this blog: to share the experience here. So, no worries at all. In any case, what I actually wanted to say – you are such a strong and amazing woman, good luck with everything!!! Violeta

I just read some of your blog about your ICE treatment. I am now going through the same thing. Second fight with Hodgkins Lymphoma. Had ABVD, one round of ICE so far and just shaved my head. I too could not take the constant reminder of what cancer was taking from me, again! Thank you so much for writing, it really helps knowing I’m not alone in my feelings about this mess!!
